Rafif also known as In.Artus, is a creative makeup artist based in Los Angeles, CA. She began her makeup journey back in 2009 in Beirut, Lebanon where she found her true passion and the love for makeup. Been working in the film industry for 9 years, and at the moment, she is actively working on her skills to specialize in special effects.

This was a scene from a feature called Hotel Dunsmuir. I stippled some blue and gray colors onto his skin to give it the dead look. And used blood paste and running blood near the mouth area to achieve this.

Sculpted a pros-aide transfer for this scene from Horsepower.

The ending scene from LOVED short film. I applied an entry and exit bullet wounds on the actress's neck, had a bladder underneath with blood system connected to gush out blood and achieve this practical effect. I also made the blood and used two gallons for this scene. 

A zombie character created for a short film called Green Piñata. Made the bullet wound with Third Degree. Also used alcohol and cream colors with running blood. Last, greased up the hair with Glycerine.
